Spring is here and temperatures are slowly rising. That means it’s time to fire up the BBQ again! And what better moment to put our Grillers – the ultimate BBQ potato – in the spotlight?

Grillers from our Special Purpose line are perfect for the BBQ: large, floury potatoes. And they’re super easy to prepare: leave the skins on, prick them with a fork, drizzle with (olive) oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and cook on the BBQ for about 45 minutes – turning occasionally.

Once they’re done, slice them open and add your favorite filling. You can keep it simple with just butter and salt or go for crème fraîche with chives. Or get creative with your own tasty vegetable mix. The possibilities are endless.
